+ Will I need to go to hospital for my wisdom tooth surgery?

Wisdom teeth can be removed under local anaesthetic (numbing), general anaesthetic, or IV (twilight) sedation. The number of wisdom teeth, complexity of the procedure and patient preference determines the most appropriate option, which is discussed at your consultation appointment.

This advice is general in nature and does not replace a consultation. Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner
